James Bond fans dodge tight security to video Skyfall train-top fight scene

Although it is unclear who features in the latest Skyfall clip, Daniel Craig stars as James Bond alongside Javier Bardem and Ralph Fiennes in the movie (Picture: YouTube)

Ibrahim Ali Ozden, 17, and two of his Turkish high school friends were refused entry to Adana train station where the scenes were being shot.

Frustrated with how close they were to the action, they decided to infiltrate the set in southern Turkey via other means.

Dodging security guards, the trio climbed over a wire fence before crawling under trains to reach the repair depot, where they donned workers’ uniforms.

Two actors sparred on the train top as a camera man filmed (Picture: YouTube)

Disguised as repairmen in overalls and safety helmets, the teenagers entered a passenger car where Ozden used his mobile phone to record the secret footage.

When he got out of the car to get a closer look at the actors he was noticed by security.

‘The security personnel searched me once I was caught,’ Ozden explained.

‘But they didn’t do it thoroughly and could not find my cell phone because I hid it in my underwear. They made us take off the repairmen suits and sent us off the site. Anyhow it was an unforgettable adventure for me.’

Craig has also been spotted shooting scenes in the Surrey countryside (Picture: Flynet)

The teenager then passed the footage on to CNN Turkey.

Adana is said to have granted Skyfall filmmakers permission to use large areas to shoot the film in a bid to raise the town’s reputation.

In recent weeks director Sam Mendes, Daniel Craig and the rest of their entourage have been spotted in various locations, most of which have been in the UK due to budgeting issues.

Skyfall is largely set in the UK with many scenes shot in London

Just last week the crew were spotted in the grounds of a country house in Surrey and before that had been shooting on the streets of London.

Skyfall is due to hit cinemas on October 26th in the UK and November 9, 2012 in the US.

A new trailer for the original Bond. Barry Nelson.

History of Casino Royale:
This is the first ever screen adaption of a Bond novel, made in 1953 for US TV. The hero is played by Barry Nelson (changed to Jimmy Bond of the CIA) and the villain is played by Peter Lorre (better known for the successful ‘Mr Moto’ movies). Because of this adaption, when Eon productions bought the rights to Fleming’s Bond 007 in the 1960s, the couldn’t get Casino Royale as part of the deal. This led to the 1967 spoof version being made, starring Peter Sellers and David Niven. Many years later, Kevin McClory had obtained the rights to Casino Royale for Sony Pictures, and intended to make his own version of it separate from Eon. However, after a large lawsuit, the rights finally went to Eon as part of an out of court settlement in 2000. Finally, Eon were able to give the novel the full movie treatment in their own version, starring Daniel Craig, a few years later.

Thomas Newman Confirmed To Score James Bond Film Skyfall

Like any composer, Thomas Newman has a distinctive style, one that always makes me at least remember his percussion- heavy score for American Beauty. Any time he contributes to a film I can hear notes of American Beauty in there, whether it’s the emotional work he did for The Help this summer or the adventurous tone he set in Wall-E. For his next job, the American Beauty comparison might feel all the more appropriate. 007.com has confirmed that Newman will provide the score for Skyfall, the new James Bond adventure to be directed by none other than American Beauty‘s Sam Mendes.

See? It all ties back together somehow. This news first emerged as a rumor last week, but it wasn’t too big of an assumption to make that Newman would join the project– he also wrote the scores for the Mendes films Road to Perdition and Revolutionary Road, so the two clearly have a good working relationship they wanted to continue. You can hear Newman’s work all over the awards season this year, as he provided the score not only for The Help but also the Meryl Streep Best Actress bid The Iron Lady. And if you feel like being a completist on the work of 2011′s breakout star Jessica Chastain, you can catch up with Newman too– he provided the score for the revenge drama The Debt.

As for Skyfall, it’s currently in production in England, and set for a release date of November 9 this year. You can follow all the latest information on the movie at our Blend Film Database.

50 YEARS OF BOND: CONNERY VS. ODDJOB

In This Scene: James Bond (Sean Connery) gets handcuffed to a bomb and is lowered into the vault of Fort Knox. One of Goldfinger’s henchmen is thrown off a balcony by Oddjob and Bond retrieves the man’s keys to unlock his handcuffs. Before Bond can disarm the bomb, Oddjob races down the stairs and attacks. Bond retrieves Oddjob’s lethal hat and throws it at him, but misses. Oddjob tries to recover it, but Bond picks up a severed cable and brushes the exposed wiring to the metal bars, electrocuting Oddjob through the metal in his own hat.

Fun Facts: The recreation of the Fort Knox repository was incredibly accurate considering no one involved in the film had been allowed inside the real location. Sean Connery hurt his back during this fight sequence with Oddjob and the incident delayed filming. Harold Sakata (Oddjob) severely burned his hand while reaching for his hat when filming his death scene, but he was determined to do it right and held on until director Guy Hamilton yelled: “Cut!”
